The Bay Area Recruiters' Association (BARA) is a group of executive search and research professionals supplying recruiting solutions to corporations and human capital companies globally.

Our mission is to provide a forum for corporate, retained and contingency recruiters, researchers, staffing and human resources consultants to expand our professional knowledge and expertise.

The organization hosts lectures and discussions on all areas of recruitment, from temporary staffing solutions to placing CEO’s in Fortune 500 companies. By creating an environment of learning and discussion, BARA promotes best practices in the search industry.

BARA hosts quarterly networking meetings in February, May, Aug and November and schedules several speaking events during the year. All meetings are open to the public. To find out about our next meeting click here.
